IAM Administration

Currently serving the Commonwealth workforce Development System (CWDS), Workers Compensation Automation and Integration System(WCAIS), and the Unemployment Compensation Modernization System (UCMS) applications.

The IAM Administration team services three different user types:

• Staff Users - Commonwealth Of Pennsylvania employees
• Business Partners - Users and administrators,who are not Commonwealth employees,that work with the Department of Labor and Industry's (DLI) applications
• Participants - Citizens of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania that use DLI applications to obtain services or information

Each one of these user types create a different scenerio when resolving log on problems.
